We are pleased to offer a full service and repair facililty and will be able to complete most repairs, from simple to complex.
Our standard menu includes services such as

- Fitting of Inner Tubes/Tyres
- Wheel Rebuild
If a service or repair is not on the list, it certainly does not mean we don't do it, just ask and we can let you know how much it will cost.
We are able to offer advice on bike positioning and setup drawing on Nathan's experience of riding and working in bike shops for over 20 years. Unlike some other stores, we do not charge for this service if you purchase your bike from us. If you didn't buy your bike at our store, but would still like us to advise you on bike setup and bike positioning, we are happy to provide this service at a cost of $60.00 (maximum charge).
GROUP BIKE RIDES -
Not quite a service, but we are also running Saturday Morning Bike Rides, meet outside the shop for a 7.30am start, and a nice 1½ hour run on varying routes, subject to interest, we are also looking at a Monday night ride too. If you are interested in joining us, either just turn up or e-mail us at tailwindcycles@gmail.com to check that we are riding. If you give us your details, it also means we can contact you if the ride is going to be cancelled for any reason. Some mornings we have a coffee back at the shop and a chat with each other. At present there are 2 groups running, with a level more suited to beginners as it is slower paced and a faster group, give it a go, see how you feel on the day, and pick your group!
